We can accommodate all of your valuables safely and accurately. The inventories can be indexed and stored on CD or online.
We use a state-of-the-art computer and bar-coding system to identify each box and, if needed, the records within the box.

Preparing and boxing your records/documents:

Q: Can we use our own boxes for storage?
A: Yes. We will accept standard records storage boxes provided they are not damaged. We do encourage the use of proper document storage boxes to maintain content integrity.

A: Give us a call and we will give you all the information you need to get started. If needed, we will be there to help you prepare for storage.

Q: Does the size of the storage box matter?
A: No, we can accommodate most storage boxes. Fees are based per cubic foot.

Q: Can we palletize our records for storage?
A: Yes, we are equipped with a modernized palletized system. Check with us for to confirm dimensions.
Records/Document Retrieval and Tracking

Q: Can I access my records anytime I need them?
A: Yes! Old Pueblo Moving and Warehouse provides 24 hours, seven days a week delivery service. When you need to see your records, just let us know by placing your request by phone, online, or by faxing us a copy of our fax retrieval form.

Q: What kind of deliver service do you provide?
A: Our delivery services include standard delivery during normal business hours (8 a.m. to 5 p.m.) Monday through Friday with next business day delivery. At an additional fee, our emergency delivery service is provided after hours, weekends and holidays. Emergency or Rush delivery service is available during regular business hours for an additional fee.

Q: How do you keep track of my records that are in storage with you?
A: We use a computerized bar-code system. Using the bar code system we can scan and keep track of everything we pickup or deliver. The bar-code system saves time, saves work and minimizes the chances of error.

Q: What security measures control access to the building?
A: We store your documents in a secured, locked facility to which there is only supervised access. We have a 24 hour a day monitored security system, full sprinkler facility and maintains a monthly and quarterly inspection process.
